Kim Hye-Kyung

Cho Sung-Hee
Abstract
This study involves Christian college students who conflict with their parents, and aims to investigate what they experienced through Bibliodrama. For the study, a total of ten sessions of Bibliodrama were carried out with ten Christian college students and analyzed by application of Giorgi's phenomenological method.

As a result, eight components were drawn: 'The applicants were able to experience counselling in a new and different way', 'They were able to feel comfort and ease, adn recover their emotional wounds through the new experience', 'They happened to understand the diversity of individuals', 'They happened to unserstand their parents' and family members' positions', 'They made new commitments, regretting their past words and behaviors', 'They eventually experienced spiritual transformation and self-development', 'They expanded their understanding of themselves in the family', 'They finally took their first steps to make a change'.

These results demonstrate that Bibliodrama helps Christian college students who conflict with their parents to drag specific changes out in their cognition, emotions, and behaviors and to make personal growth through it.
